What Might I Do Better Today?

Do you like questions?

Questions that force you to take a beat and reflect?

If you do, it feels like we are members of the same small club.

In truth, I am continually surprised (and shouldn’t be) at how the default in public life and within the corporate sphere is to focus on finding answers rather than on a quest for better questions.

We often don’t know what question we are answering but the answer sounds plausible so we go with it.

We can surely do better both collectively and individually.

In that spirit, please allow me to offer you this question:

What Might I Do Better Today?

Knowing we can do better is not the same as doing better.
