As you read this I would just invite you to pause for a second. Take a breath, relax and come fully in!!!
If I have learned anything from Covid it is of the benefit of slowing down. Taking those extra breaths. Doing short mindfulness practices. Giving myself a series of time-outs during the day to check in and ask “How am I doing?”
I’ve also been privileged to be part of some incredible circles over the past months and have come to realise that slowing down is for me the first step to going deeper. To doing that deep personal work that we need to do to sort out the baggage we need to leave behind from what will actually fit in our backpack. There are so many other thoughts to share on this but it feels too quick so I’ll leave it for another post!!
