We do not collect Non-Personal Data: This Website does not use performance or analytics cookies (Google Analytics). Whilst no data is collected on this Website and no cookies are used beyond what is essential to serve the pages, a number of partners provide embedded functionality on this website and their Privacy Policies and Statements may be relevant:
- Acast is used to stream embedded content on the podcast pages and may be collecting data: Acast privacy policy.
- Calendly is used to schedule calls on the What is On My Mind? and Let’s Begin the Conversation pages: Calendly privacy policy. As I understand it, only strictly necessary cookies are active, and you have access to cookie control.
- Google Slides is used to host slides on the Startup 720, the Curious Leaders Programme and the Coaching Playground development programme pages: Google Privacy Policies.
- YouTube is used to host a number of videos on post pages so the above Google Policies may also be relevant.
We collect Personal Data: This is data that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you. Such information is only collected from you if you voluntarily submit it to us. This information is captured by:
- Calendly when you book a call in the form of your name, email address and any additional information you provide; and
- Mailchimp (owned by Intuit) when you provide your email address to sign up for the Nurturing Curiosity: Weekly Practice emails.
- Google Forms when you fill out the Openness to Curiosity survey.
The privacy policies and statements of the above companies may thus be relevant.
Use of Personal Data: We only process any Personal Data you provide to us for the sole purpose of contacting you and, in the case of any surveys, for research purposes.
Disclosure to Third Parties: Aside from the partners listed above, we will not disclose your Personal Data to third parties unless you have consented to this disclosure. We will only disclose your Personal Data if we believe in good faith that we are required to disclose it in order to comply with any applicable law, a summons, a search warrant, a court or regulatory order, or other statutory requirement.
