I was recently asked this question and here is my answer:

The path to mastery in any field requires relentless practice.

So, let’s practice:

What is wrong with the mind you have?

What does a “strong mind” mean to you?

What does “smarter” look like in practice?

Imagine you are looking back 5 years from now and you have this “strong mind” and you feel “smarter”, who have you become?

How does it feel different?

How are you different?

What are you doing that you aren’t doing how?

How are you thinking that you aren’t thinking now?

The invitation is to answer in the present tense. And when you have fully answered, ask yourself:

What then might I do today to live into this vision?

My only specific suggestion would be to continue nurturing your curiosity.
